TRIP BY VEZO OUTRIGGER CANOE, FROM THE HIGHLAND TO THE WEST AND MORONDAVA TO TOLIARA TOUR

Ambohimanga is an ancient royal city and a symbolic center of Merina royalty. It was the residence of King Andrianampoinimerina in the 18th century, an emblematic figure in the history of Madagascar, recognized as the unifier of the Kingdom of Imerina.

Today, the site remains a major pilgrimage site for many Malagasy people.
