Given the situation of people who could not go to school or study, the \u00ab\u00a0Fleur Bleue\u00a0\u00bb association was born in 1999 in Ambohimanarivo Andranonahoatra Antsirabe. The association’s mission is to help people in a way to provide free professional training in order to flourish in a better field to have a better standard of living.<\/p>\n

Apart from that, the association takes care of the out-of-school children of the district so that these children will have a better life in the future. To click is to help them!<\/p>\n
