Terms and Conditions Madagascar Car Rental<\/strong><\/p>\n

I- Guarantee your reservation of car rental in Madagascar
\nI-a: The renter must carefully read and accept the general conditions of car rental offered by Tsaraventura before booking.
\nI-b: The customer must confirm their car rental to us with any down payment. That is to say a percentage of the total amount of the cost of the car rental calculated according to the date of the reservation and the date of departure.<\/p>\n

II- Conclusion of a car rental in Madagascar contract
\nThe tenant and Tsaraventura are the contracting parties and the contract is totally subject to Malagasy law.<\/p>\n

III- Advance payment and invoice payment for Madagascar car rental
\nIII-a: Deposit of 30% of the total amount if the car rental reservation is made more than 5 weeks before departure.
\nIII-b: Deposit of 50% of the total amount if the car rental reservation is made less than 5 weeks before departure.
\nIII-c: Payment of the remainder of the car rental 3 weeks before departure.<\/p>\n

IV- Method of payment for car rental in Madagascar
\nIV-a: By bank transfer with costs borne by the customer.
\nIV-b: By Malagasy bank check

V- Reservation can be modified according to availability
\nV-a: The customer can modify his booked car rental already confirmed with a tolerance of more than one weeks before the departure of the trip. But here the modification depends on the availability.
\nV-b: The renter can no longer modify his car rental reservation already confirmed in less than 2 weeks before departure. Thus, the car rental will be considered as canceled and follows a cancellation fee following the date of declaration.<\/p>\n

VI- Extension of car hire in Madagascar
\nVI-a: The customer must communicate to Tsaraventura at the latest 1 week before the end of the car rental. The extension depends on the availability.
\nVI-b: Tsaraventura reserves the right to replace the car for the extension.<\/p>\n

VII- Cancellation of car hire in Madagascar (High season)
\nVII-a: 3 weeks before departure, non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n

VIII- Complaint from the customer
\nVIII-a: In the event of a problem, the customer must at all times present the case to our representative in order to be able to resolve it on the spot.
\nVIII-b: In the event of a technical breakdown, Tsaraventura is entirely responsible for the transfer to the day destination and will take charge of the replacement car.
\nIX- Insurance
\nIX-a: No coverage from Tsaraventura.
